Add to cart to slow Woocommerce Version 4.1.1 PHP Version 7.4

I just looked at your site and this isn’t just a problem with your “add to cart” buttons, every page on your site takes about 13 seconds to load because it is taking that long to receive the first byte of the response from the server:
