Hi @muscular,
Looking for help with the add to cart stuck on loading when you add a item. I have disabled all plugins and enabled them one by one and that hasn’t fixed the issue. My theme I am running is Bright
From what I understand, you’re experiencing an issue with the ‘Add to Cart’ function on your WooCommerce site, where it seems to be stuck on loading when an item is added. I appreciate the steps you’ve already taken to troubleshoot this by disabling all plugins and enabling them one by one, as well as providing information about your theme.
Unfortunately, without your site address, I was unable to personally check your site to get a clearer understanding of the issue.
However, I’ve done some testing on my end using the most recent versions of WordPress, WooCommerce, and our free Storefront theme, without any other plugins enabled. I wasn’t able to replicate the problem, which suggests that the issue might be unique to your setup or possibly related to your theme, Bright.
Here are a few potential solutions:
- Clear your browser’s cache and cookies: Sometimes, old data stored in your browser can cause issues like this.
- Update your plugins and themes: Make sure all your plugins, themes, and WordPress are current. Outdated versions can sometimes cause issues.
- Check your theme: Try switching to a default WordPress theme temporarily (like Storefront) to see if the issue persists. If it doesn’t, then it could be a conflict with your current theme.
- Check for JavaScript errors: This issue can sometimes be caused by JavaScript errors. You can check for these errors using your browser’s console. Here’s a guide to help you do just that: ?? Using Your Browser to Diagnose JavaScript Errors.
If the issue persists after trying these solutions, could you please provide more details? Specifically, when did you first notice this issue? Did it start after a particular update or change to your site? Any additional information you can provide will help us diagnose and resolve your issue more efficiently.
We would also appreciate seeing your site’s System Status report. It can give us a clearer picture of your site’s setup and help us identify the problem. You can find the report under WooCommerce > Status
. Choose Get system report
and then Copy for support
.
If there are any fatal error logs, please share those as well. You can find them under WooCommerce > Status > Logs
.
Once you’ve collected this information, please paste it inside a Code block in your reply, or use https://pastebin.com to paste it and share the link with us.
Thanks for your patience and cooperation in this matter! We’re here to help you get this sorted.
