Add to cart quantity button styling

Hi,

I am using the Ocean WP theme and Elemetor pro. I am trying to edit the Add to cart button Quantity border color for the single product page. I am doing this through the Ocean Wp < Customisation < Woocommerce < Advanced Styling. Ocean wp provides the option of changing the quantity border color and all the changes that I am applying are visible in the customization dashboard but when I publish the changes, the final page does not show the correct color. I am assuming there is some conflict between Ocean wp and Elementor pro.

Also, the product page has been created using Elemntor Pro.
