I dont get anything showing at all in the server error logs on 123reg. I will contact them again about the varnish or other server caching. I cant see anything in wpconfig that looks like its related to cookies.

I wonder if its related to multisite and your domain mapping, affecting cookies. I’ll get a multisite working local and have a go.

Works locally. No issues on sub-sites. I’m not using domain mapping though.

Rules out cookies by going to https://www.ntdeals.co.uk/cart/?add-to-cart=209 which adds to cart and sets cookie as intended.

So looks like before it redirects to the cart page, its not saving the data or setting the cookies.

Turn off the ‘cart’ redirect in settings and lets see what happens.

So I see cookies being set via the ajax add to cart action, and cookies remain set if I refresh the category page, but cookies are NOT set on the cart page.

It’s like I’m seeing cached output for sure.

I checked with 123reg again to see if they were running any caching software at all, they say they aren’t and think it might be due to w3 total cache. This is currently disabled, and I think you suggested switching everything off on it and then disabling, which I did previously. I could try uninstalling W3 cache, do you think that’s worth a try?

Enable w3 total cache
Disable all features in its settings page.
Then disable w3 total cache.
Clean up any cache files in wp-content, your wp-config file, and .htaccess

I am working with multisite too.
The SQL issue must showup in apache error log. Try to deactivate/reactivate the plugin anyway just to be sure.

Ok, Have just switched on w3 cache and disabled all features, then disabled w3 cache. There were no cache files i could see on wp-config or .htaccess but the cache folder was in wp-content so I deleted it again.

And it works?

Did Woocommerce before 2.5 worked for you?

Im not sure, we havent sold anything on the site yet, this may be due to this problem but I couldnt say that for sure. I dont know exactly when this add to cart issue started.

Did you tell the host cookies set on the shop page but are gone on cart page?
