Add to cart problem

  • Hi!

    My problem:

    On phone: The shopping cart event does not start on the product page.
    Facebook event manager: Server: Dedicated
    not processed, Deduplicate.

    On PC: The shopping cart event starts on the product page.
    Facebook event manager: Browser: Processed
    Server: Dedicated

    I would like you to start the Add to cart event on the product page by phone!

    Hi there!

    My concen is that the numbers of my Google Analytics are not true.

    I did some checkings on my friends’ smart phones as if I would start a shoping (not iPhone).

    I have got only one problem.
    The add to cart event on the product page does not start up.

    However on PC this problem does not exist.
    Everything is working properly.

    What do you suggest? What should I look up?
