    I can’t figure this out. I’m trying to dial in my Facebook pixels with my marketing team to expand our facebook and instagram marketing, and are encountering the weirdest error.

    When adding to cart with a single product (I have ajax add to cart), everything works fine. The inspector shows no issues.

    But, when I add a Variable Product to cart, the inspector alerts that the Add to Cart even was fired twice. This throws off our analytics greatly, and I’m looking for a way to fix the issue.

    Thanks you very much for reaching out to us. I’ll be happy to help further investigate this issue.

    I visited your site and I was able to confirm that clicking on the “Add to Cart” button is causing the event to be tracked 2 times. As a first step, would it be possible to let me know if you’re using other plugins or have added any tracking code manually? Our plugin will add the Facebook pixel tracking code automatically, so in some cases, if you’re using another tracking functionality (like a second pixel plugin or a theme that automatically adds the tracking code as well), it may cause similar issues.
