Add to cart or Qty buttons in the search bar results

    Firstly, you guys are just fantastic and the plugin is just great.

    Going further, I wanted to check if there’s any way where we can add the “add to cart” button or even “qty plus and minus” buttons within the search results bar on both desktop and mobile.

    Currently, the user has to visit the product page and then add the product to the cart. This becomes a little cumbersome when there are a lot of products like grocery or stationery for eg.

    Thanks for your kind words.

    Unfortunately, FiboSearch does not support adding to the cart from dropdown results.
    However, you can use “Add to cart” button from details panel. To enable it go to WooCommerce -> FiboSearch -> Autocomplete (tab) -> Details panel (section) and check “Show details panel” option.

    Yes. I saw that and its a great functionality.
    But it’s not optimised for mobile and that’s key market segment in my country.

    Is this feature in pipeline?

    Hi @scifice!

    This functionality is on our to-do list, but we don’t know the exact date of its debut.
    Currently, we are not able to assess the value of such functionality because we have too little research and data on its usefulness.
    Could you please send us examples of such solutions used in e-commerce? It will allow us to look at how others do it.
