Add to cart only works sometimes + billing options blank

    Hi there,

    Mostly this plugin is great but I have a couple of issues.

    a) adding to cart works 50% of the time but randomly it will just reload the page instead

    b) the first page form of checkout works but the billing options section of checkout is blank

    Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

    edit: i fixed the first issue, items now reliably add to cart!

    However the billing options page in checkout is still blank. I have woocommerce payments, stripe, and woocommerce paypal plugins activated. I tried de-activating each one to see if there was a conflict but it did not help.
