    Hi

We are finding that when I click on ‘ADd to cart’ the product is appearing to have been added to the cart, but when I go to the cart there is nothing there.

    See here: https://www.screencast.com/t/KT0c3wzTn5

I have tested with no plugins installed and with 2012 theme. Nothing seems to fix the issue

    Can you help?

    Hi @wood1e,

I’d suggest checking on your hosting package to see if they possibly have what is called a server-side cache, that type of caching can cause this behaviour. If you have deactivated all plugins aside from WooCommerce and also switched to a theme like Twenty Twenty and the behaviour persists all that’s really remaining to check would be if there is some kind of server-side caching.

There is no server-side cache. All Caches have been removed.

I have never come across this before. Not on this server, but same server company I have set up 4 or 5 WooCommerce sites and there is no issues.

    Hey @wood1e,

When I’ve seen sites where products can be added to cart for logged in users only it’s nearly always been cache-related when guest users cannot add products to cart.

ok so what is the issue here? AS this could be one be one of those that are not ‘nearly always’

Various people from various computers in various parts of the world have tried and not managed to add a product to the cart.
