    I am using latest WooCommerce and latest WordPress. Php 7.1. I’ve reproduced this on 3 sites. One uses Storefront, one WP Ocean, one Fictive (old theme). I’ve tried disabling all plugins other than WooCommerce. I’ve tried switching to 2019 theme. I’ve tried refreshing permalinks and flushing a few different WooCommerce settings. Nothing seems to help.

    Here’s the scenario:

    only on a phone, go to any product and put it in the cart. Initially, it appears, and you’ll see a “go to cart” button, but if you go to the cart, it is empty.

    All of the sites I’m noticing this on are on SiteGround. I have turned off all caching on one of the sites…still not adding to the cart on the phone. On desktop, everything works fine.

    Is this just my phone? Is anyone else noticing this?

    This isn’t something I’ve been able to reproduce on my local site.

    Have you tried disabling all other plugins except for WooCommerce? Does the issue still occur?

    If so, do you have a link to the page that we can access?

    Actually, I need to mark this closed. I rebooted my phone and now it works. I’m not sure what it was, but it was my device…and it was happening on all WooCommerce sites that I visited.

    Just finished testing to verify that it is a non-issue. Thanks for checking!
