Add to Cart not working from product page

A couple of issues –
Add to Cart is not generating any GTM4WP event when it occurs on the PRODUCT pages on this website. Eg
https://certags.co.uk/product/failed-safety-inspection-adhesive-labels/But Add to Cart DOES generate an event correctly when it occurs direct from a category page. Eg
https://certags.co.uk/product-category/adhesive-labels/GTM4WP is also not generating any Checkout steps events beyond step 2, so not getting anything for the two later steps when the user adds their contact or shipping details.
How can I fix this? I can’t see anything in settings that could be affecting it?
