    That is a theme issue, the theme looks suspiciously like one from elegant themes, which we specifically do not support.

    try testing in the twenty twelve theme and see if the issue persists.

    can this be changed from elegant themes to the one you support? How do I test in twenty twelve?

    you need to change themes via the Appearance tab.
