add-to-cart links have no follow tag

  • Hi,

    Recently I submitted my website to SEMrush, after analyzing the website, it shows that many internal links contain nofollow attributes. In my website all the add_to_cart links are with nofollow tags.

    1. Dose giving nofollow to add-to-cart affects the SEO?
    2. If so, how to change add-to-cart to dofollow ?

    Waiting for experts opinion.

    There are other links to products. I don’t think there would be much value in allowing a search engine to add items to it’s cart ??
