Hi, we are using your plugin since a while but analyzing the data in the FB business manager we see that the add to cart import is like 20k€ but the checkout is around 35k€ how it can be possible if a product has to be added to cart to stay in the checkout step? I was expected to have the opposite funnel amount:… more add to cart and than minor checkout initiated… and minor purchase… thanks

  • Hello AngeloLazzari,

Thank you for contacting Woo support.

Could you share screenshots of the data that shows 20k€ in the FB Manager and 35k€ in the checkout?
Seeing what you see will give me a better understanding of the issue.

Looking forward to your response. ??

    Best regards.

    Hey, @angelolazzari!

    Thanks for the screenshot ??

Can you please install?Pixel Helper Chrome Extension?and run a test transaction and check if you see any errors or warnings?

Additionally, you can check?Facebook Analytics?Events Debugging reports for Purchases. You will see the latest data recorded for this event, including things like parameters, URLs, etc. It can help to catch anomalies.

Please let us know about your findings!

    Have a wonderful day!

Hi, i configured again your plugin but no events are fired during the test event test with our pixel what happen?

    Hi @angelolazzari

Please check if any caching or performance optimization plugins are active on your site. These can sometimes interfere with the proper functioning of other plugins. If there are, try temporarily deactivating them to see if the issue persists.

Additionally, it’s also possible that there might be a conflict with another plugin or your theme. To check this, you could try disabling all other plugins and switching to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-four. If the events start firing correctly, you can then reactivate your plugins and theme one by one to identify the source of the conflict.

Let us know if these steps help or if you need further assistance. We’re here to help.

    Hi @angelolazzari

I’m glad to hear that you’ve managed to resolve the issue by using another plugin. It’s understandable that you’d want to avoid any disruptions on your production site. Your site’s smooth operation is our priority as well.

I will mark this thread as resolved. Should you have further inquiries, kindly create a new topic here.
