    Hi,
I installed the Gift cards on top of Dokan multivendor setup.
In my case, admin would sell the gift cards, and they are valid in all vendor stores.

When adding gift card to shopping cart, it is not added, takes a while and says “Value is mandatory” like this: https://prnt.sc/1160zev

I think nothing should be missing, there is a price and I filled in all fields. Would you send me tips please?

Only error that I get is Pimwick complaining about PayPal setup (and this PayPal payment method is disabled, not used)
Configuration error detected by PW WooCommerce Gift Cards Pro
Your PayPal payment gateway is incorrectly configured. You should not have both IPN and PDT enabled. The “IPN Email Notifications” setting is enabled and there is also a “PayPal Identity Token” (PDT) value set. PayPal is reaching back to your site twice to confirm the payment. This causes things to happen twice including email notifications, stock reduction, and gift card generation. Go to WooCommerce -> Settings -> Payments -> PayPal and either clear the value from the “PayPal Identity Token” field or disable the “IPN Email Notifications” setting.

I tried putting the multisite setting on, but then I get this error, and if I don’t put it, card just does not go to cart and there is no error message.

We have tested with Dokan Multivendor and the gift card plugin is compatible. What is the URL to the gift card product? Perhaps I’m misunderstanding the problem.

Thanks – should I have the multisite setting on or off in wp-config?

    You can check here: https://test.villeriina.net/shop/willeriina/

There is a normal product, which I tested goes to cart normally, and then 2 gift card products that dont go to cart.

Could multilingual environment make something here? I have WPML there and these products are not translated (they normally work without translation too, on the language they were created with)

    Hi, any news on this?

    Hi,
is this related that I am testing it on my staging site, not on production? Staging is under same domain.

I did not get anything for debug log, any tips on how to see what is happening?

Also would like to ask, when adding a gift card to admin I guess it can be used as payment in any Dokan vendor shop? Just asking if add-to-cart is not functioning because vendor is admin.

Are there possibilities to limit the gift card to one vendor shop? I think my vendors would love that too.

Here is one test product you can try: https://test.villeriina.net/product/lahjakortti-testi1/

Thanks, I think this was related to the language issue that you fixed with last version.
