Add to cart keeps loading

  • At console I see this message:-

    Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘wcpt_cart_call_id’)

    When product is added , add to cart keeps on loading . When I refresh the page , product is added . Why is this happening and how can I solve this .

    Thank you for your query about WooCommerce Product Table. As you can see in your console there is already a JS error appearing when the site first loads. Since there is an error on your site, WooCommerce Product Table is unable to function correctly. Perhaps the error is coming from a 3rd party plugin or theme. To find the conflicting module please follow the Debugging Steps on the support page of the plugin. I will be happy to take it from there.

    hi, I have deactivated all the plugins, just keeping the necessary ones. I could solve to see no more other errors in the console. Still, now it’s not working. After I add to the card all the products, it’s showing the same error. \

    Hi,

    This is very unusual as add to cart functionality works perfectly fine normally and when other plugins are deactivated and a default theme is used then a default condition should have been created where the functionality is fixed.

    It seems to me there is something else on your site that is preventing the product table plugin from working normally. I can check it for you. Please get in touch directly through the plugin support form and I will do my best to help resolve this issue.
