    Hey everyone,

    I just installed the WooCommers Integration Add-on for LifterLMS and I keep getting an issue. The Integration works fine and the access plans are now replaced with the WooCommerce product. The “Add to Cart” button is working as expected and it adds the course to the Cart, however the appearing “View cart” link does not work. It redirects to standard “Oops this page can not be found” page from WP.

    What Information do you need to find out what the problem is? Is it even a problem with LifterLMS or is it with WooCommerce?

    It’s hard to tell exactly what’s wrong there. It looks like it may be an issues with the ajax add to cart — which last time I ran tests wasn’t an issue to be using.

    1) I don’t see ajax add to cart on your WC shop page, so I’m not sure why it’s displaying via LifterLMS, can you check if that’s enabled (it’s under WC Settings -> Products -> Display

    I think redirecting on add to cart and disabling ajax add to cart make the most sense when using LifterLMS but it’s up to you

    2) As a customer, you have access to email support via https://lifterlms.com/my-account/my-tickets. If you submit a new ticket there we can look at your system report and you can share some admin credentials so we can take a closer look and resolve this as quickly as possible.

    Hey @thomasplevy,

    I had ajax enabled in the shop and that’s when it showed up in LifterLMS as well. I disabled it for now and activated the redirect to the cart once the add to cart button is pushed. Not sure if this si the best solution but I’ll give it a shot. I’ll contact you through the ticket system if I change my mind. ??
