• Hello,

I am working on a course website in traditional Chinese. It uses LearnPress LMS plugin + WPML. The default website language is Traditional Chinese, the 2nd language is English. There are both English and Chinese courses.

I have a problem with the cart page. On the front-end English version, when I add an English course to the cart, the course is correctly added to the English cart. But when I add a Chinese course, the course is never added to the cart. When I deactivate the plugin WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency with WPML, all is working fine.

The same happens for the Chinese version of the website. When I add an English course to the cart, it is not added inside the Chinese cart.

I have tried to activate the option “Store a language cookie to support language filtering for AJAX” inside WPML, this didn’t fix the issue. But, inside your plugin when I activate the option “Prompt for a confirmation and reset the cart”, all seems to work fine. The problem is that I don’t like this confirmation popup.

So, if I don’t switch to the “prompt for confirmation and reset the cart” option, how to fix this add to cart issue? If I use this prompt confirmation to reset the cart, is there a way to force the cart reset without asking confirmation to the user with this popup?

    Thanks.

    Hello,
The website I am working on has a WPML lifetime license, I regularly receive the plugins’ updates. Unfortunately I don’t have a WPML account. The website was created few years ago by someone who had an account, he installed all the translation plugins but he is not working on this website anymore.
In these conditions is there a way to get support? or do I have to buy another license?
    Kind regards.

    Hello @omahoung,

In that case I’m afraid that you will need a WPML license as it will require some investigation.
I recommend you to contact LearnPress plugin team as they have a particular implementation for synchronising courses in different languages and it may be related.

    Regards
