    Hi,

After using the plugin for a while I noticed that since 3 months, not all of the events are tracked in my GA account. The “add to cart” actions are not counted.

Do you know how to solve this issue ?

    Regards

    Hi @toutpourmasante ,

Thank you for creating this thread.

The Conversios plugin usually tracks the add to cart events as well based on the user activity in the website.

To debug this issue, I would request you to share the store URL to get this checked further.

    Hi @toutpourmasante ,

The plugin usually tracks the add to cart events as well. Upon checking the URL shared we would request you to confirm if the page is built with the standard woocommerce implementation or do we have any customizations ?

    Hi,

    Thanks for your answer.
It’s a standard woocommerce implementation and I haven’t change anything in the code.

    Hi @toutpourmasante ,

    Thank you for your response.

Upon checking the store URL we notice the add to cart button hooks seems to be a non-standard woocomerce implementation due to which the add to cart events are not getting tracked.

Our plugin supports standard woocommerce implementation.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your answer.
Can it be because of my theme ?
I have a mini add to cart and the page does not reload itself upon adding an item in the cart.
Do you think it can be due to that ?

    Hi @toutpourmasante

If the theme follows standard woocommerce implementations, then the tracking should be working fine.

The add to cart button should use a default woocommerce template hooks where the plugin will be able to track the events, since you are using a mini add to cart this can be one of the reasons that the data is not getting tracked.
