Add to cart event not working on Claue theme

  • Hello
    Your plugin works ok on most of the themes we tested when clicking on the add to cart button. But on Claue theme, when you click on the product′s add to cart button, the corresponding event is not triggered… Could you please check and fix it?

  • I have been facing similar issues too. Cart item quantity are not updated, disabling the plugin resolve the issues.

    @firestash im not saying quantities are not updated. What im saying is that on Claue theme, when you click on “add to cart” button on a product page, the corresponding event is not firing. I can check that using FB Pixel helper extension.
    Waiting for the plugin developer to respond on this. Thanks
