    Hello @paolo8913,

I can confirm this from my end as well. Are you certain that you are utilizing the pixel integration from our extension?

I ask this because, upon examining your site’s source code, it appears that you are using GTM4WP, which I believe also has a pixel integration.

Could you please try disabling the plugin entirely?

If that doesn’t help, kindly attach a copy of your site’s system status report so we can investigate further.

You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

It’s also worth checking if there are any fatal error logs from WooCommerce > Status > Logs and choosing from the drop-down menu the fatal-errors.log option.

Look forward to hearing back from you.

Just disabled but it still not work. I don’t know why I can’t append here the system status code so I put it on google drive. Let me know if it works for you.

    Hi @paolo8913

Thanks for sharing the requested information above.

The fatal error logs are pointing to your theme PhyGioielli.

Since this is a third-party plugin that we don’t provide support for based on our Support Policy, I recommend that you reach out to the developers of the plugin for further assistance. They will be better equipped to help you resolve any issues you’re experiencing with the plugin.

As for the SSR, I only see that you have Outdated Templates: ?. Please update outdated templates on your site by following our guide here: Fixing Outdated WooCommerce Templates

For us to investigate this further, can you please try to switch to the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce and Facebook for WooCommerce plugins are enabled and see if this add to cart event is already working?

If so, then this kind of problem is usually caused by your theme or a third-party plugin present on your site. We can run a conflict test to verify this. I’d recommend cloning your site to a staging environment and performing the tests described on this guide without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.

If this was caused by a third-party plugin present on your site, it would be best to reach out to the developers for further assistance here.

Let us know how it goes!

    Hi @paolo8913

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to go ahead and mark this thread as resolved. If you have any other questions please start a new topic.

    Thanks!
