Hello, I’m validating my Pinterest tag because there are some problems. All the events on my site seem to be going well, except the ‘add to cart’ event. I get an error message in my browser’s console, because the data is empty and this cannot be read when it’s trying to run the event.

The product can be added to cart on my site via the attached link. The error is then displayed in the browser console. I hope the developers can fix this problem. Thanks for helping in advance.

After trying many combinations of settings with my theme, turning plugins on and off to see if they were causing the conflict, I found it. Through the theme’s customizer, I was able to disable “Ajax Single Add To Cart” in the WooCommerce section. This has solved the problem. This setting is also available in the settings of WooCommerce itself. It did nothing. Strange that this setting is in two places, but that aside.

I’m now wondering why the event is not working with Ajax add to cart?

Hi @markwierda hope you’re doing well.
I’m sorry that you are experiencing inconveniences.

There is an issue related to the ajax add to cart event
    https://github.com/woocommerce/pinterest-for-woocommerce/issues/548
Probably this is related to the problem you’re facing on your site.

    Hope this is helpful.
    Best,
    Diego
