Hello, when I click add to cart on bundle product (wpc bundle product plugin) it takes 15 seconds to add it to the cart if the plugin is enabled. It takes less than half a second if the Facebook plugin is off.
How can I cancel the tracking for add to cart event? Rest is working fine
    Thank you

    Hi there,

There’s not a setting to disable the add to cart tracking. We can take a look at the product and inspect the add to cart. Can you drop a link to the bundled product with the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin active?

    hello
any one of these products is bundle
    https://snipboard.io/rx401Y.jpg

on freshuk.co.il home page under the top video slider
just hit the add to cart button, its ULTRA slow with your plugin active
when it’s not active it takes less than a second.

you can try normal (not bundle) product also, any product with +/- under it is not bundle

    thank you

    Hi @freshuk

Thanks for sharing more info on the context.

I checked your site homepage, and try the bundle product, which has a direct add to cart link, and yes it loads a bit longer.

However, it appears that you’re using this plugin: WPC Fly Cart for WooCommerce. Is that correct?

The best way to find out the real cause of that behavior is actually to do a conflict test, more on conflict test can be found here.

For now, I’d recommend you do the following:

    • Disable WPC Fly Cart for WooCommerce, and test again if that resolves it. If not, do the next step.
    • Disable all plugins except WooCommerce and Facebook for WooCommerce, if you’re not comfortable doing it on the production site, you can create a staging site and do it there. Please ensure that the sync mode is disabled on the staging site, for Facebook for WooCommerce, in this section Marketing > Facebook > Product sync (uncheck it), to avoid products from your staging get synced to Facebook catalog as well.
    • Test again clicking the product bundle

    I hope that helps!

    hello
without wpc fly cart it’s all the same.
i did not find any plugin conflict that without it, the add to cart for bundle is faster.
it it becomes slow when the facebook for woo plugin is active, and if i deactivate it, it’s fast again! (much much faster)
    any help would be appriciated

    Hi @freshuk,

If I understand correctly, you’ve switched to a default theme like Storefront, disabled all plugins except for WooCommerce and the Facebook for WooCommerce extension, and the issue only exists when the Facebook for WooCommerce extension is active, is this correct?

If that’s indeed the case, I took a look at your site and noticed there are 2 active pixels. It appears you have another pixel set up aside from the one added by the Facebook for WooCommerce extension – Here’s a screeshot.

I’d recommend deativating the 2nd pixel as we’re not seeing the issue you’re describing by other users using just the pixel offered by the Facebook for WooCommerce extension.

If you manually added a pixel/pixel events through your site’s header.php file or a pixel plugin, we recommended removing it.

    I hope this help!
