    Hi,

I checked the link above and I was able to click on the payment button. Once I clicked on the button, I landed in the page where you fill out the form before you click on the button To make a payment.

It looks like it is working on my end, unless I am missing something.

    Thank you

From my end it doesn’t work and users are writing me it doesn’t work as well (that’s how I found there is a problem).
I recorded the steps, please watch this: https://www.loom.com/share/e7a6690e579f43ab82f351e1050fe0ea

The loading button of “add to cart” keeps on and on like it is stuck.

I have tried clearing cache, and using different browsers and incognito. It doesn’t work and I can’t find the reason why. Can you please check again and help me identify the problem?

    Thank you.

Hi, which shortcodes are you using? Also, do you have a cache plugin installed? If you do, have you excluded the shopping cart page from getting cached?

Thats not our plugin’s button. I just inspected that page and I see code from a different plugin. That button is coming from another plugin.

Please carefully review the documentation here and you will see that our plugin has DIFFERENT shortcode than what you are using there (the video tutorials will be helpful in identifying the mistake).

So please use the correct documentation based on whichever plugin you want to use.

Go to the plugins menu of your admin dashboard and then follow the documentation link from inside the plugin that you are using and then send a question to the developer of that plugin.

My apology friends – it mixed me with another request.
