• We moved our fully working site to GoDaddy Managed WordPress, and after the move there are functionalities that just don’t work. One of these is the Add To Cart function.

If a user is logged in they can view their cart, but if not, the cart states: Cart Empty.

Users can’t log in either. I need to disable all the plug-ins before I am able to access WP-Admin. The site was working perfectly before we moved to Managed WordPress.

    We’re also using Avada.

    Can anyone help?

  • Have you tried contacting GoDaddy about it? As you’re paying them for the service, I’m sure they’ll provide support. Let us know how you get on.

    Hey Ashley,

The problem lay in the compatibility between Nextend Accordion Menu and WordPress 4.4.1. With the migration the site updated automatically, and the scripting issues arose which also affect wp login.

On a side note: Do you know of a decent Accordion Menu plugin that’s easy to use?
