Add to cart button with wishlist icon

Hi,
In Elementor, when I drag the ‘add to cart’ button into a ‘single product page’ template, this button shows a ‘wishlist’ and a ‘compare’ icon. I cannot work out where these items come from or how to get rid of them. The theme is Astra but I have tried different themes with some result. Is there any way I can get right of the icons and also the ‘quantity’ box?
I’m totally lost.
