  • Hello @aileen911,

I’m sorry about the current situation of things. That’s quite strange and it may mean that the issue exists because there’s a conflict.

Could you please run a quick conflict test by: ?
    1. Disabling all other plugins except WooCommerce and our plugin.
    2. Switching the theme to one of the defaults such as twenty-sixteen.
    3. Testing again.?

If everything works as expected, that means there’s a conflict somewhere. And so you can start re-enabling the disabled plugins/theme one by one in order to find the culprit.?? However, if the issue persists after the conflict tet, kindly let me know so we can take the next appropriate steps.

    Regards,
    Adeniran.

The problem seems to be it is a simple product. I put all the options in the configurator so the product itself has no variables. If that makes sense

I do not have this problem for the products that have a linked configuator and are variable.

    Does this make sense?
