    Hello readers, I updated Woo two days ago and since the add-to-cart button on each product page doesn’t action. The shortcut add-to-cart button works ok from the grid or shop page just not from within each individual product. I have deactivated all plugins except woo and woo stripe gateway and the problem persists. Hestia said not a theme issue and hosting company said it’s not their end. Any help is appreciated!

    How did the theme author determine that this is not a theme issue?

    Please, try to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    Thank you Nicola, I activated Storefront and the problem went away…

    Hi, Sheena! I’m having the exact same situation on my site. The Add To Cart button is falsely greyed out only on iOS devices while on Android and pc/laptop works just fine. Here is a link if you want to take a look: https://arcalei.ro/product/bermude-cady/
