    Dear team

Kindly note the add to cart button on mobile is not working as per the attached video. only the popup greyed out is displaying. i tried to upload a video screen recording but couldnt able to make it. please try it from your side on mobile screens android and IOS and see the bug.

We have several complaints from many clients now on Android and IOS and they are stuck on the icon. This is affecting the UX and the operation and our sales and numbers are going down because of this.

90% of sessions are through mobile and we need an urgent solution for this ASAP, please.

This is because of AJAX or the drawer something in the code or javascript I believe.

Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.

Have a great day and week ahead.

  • Hi @marchajj

    Thanks for reaching out!

I understand that the Add to Cart button is not working as expected on your site when viewed on mobile, correct?

Upon checking your site on my Android mobile phone, I can confirm the issue here. Nothing is happening even after clicking the Add to Cart button several times on my end.

It looks like a third-party plugin or your theme might be causing the conflict here.

For us to investigate this further, can you please try to switch to the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce plugin is enabled and see if this works?

If so, then this kind of problem is usually caused by your theme or a third-party plugin present on your site. We can run a conflict test to verify this. I’d recommend cloning your site to a staging environment and performing the tests described on this guide without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.

If this was caused by a third-party plugin present on your site, it would be best to reach out to the developers for further assistance here.

If this did not resolve the issue, please share your System Status Report, that will help us further troubleshoot.

You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

Let us know how it goes!

Thank you dear for your kind reply and support, appreciate it! Its happening now because of third party plugin associated with the theme Redux Framework Version 4.4.1 . I tried to disable all plugins and it was always the problem showing, only this one fixed the problem. I will check with theme author for it. However, I have a small other concern regarding this inline line of code: https://prnt.sc/Vy4Jhy51S6lh that I want to add display none to the inline code but not able to track and find the JS file in my CPANEL. from this screenshot, please can someone urgently help me to find the path of this file in my CPANEL because I am reaching a dead-end here and its very important to add display none to hide this disaster DIV WRAPPER please! I really appreciate it

I need to mention that this divwrapper is showing on firefox and not Chrome. sometimes it shows on some pages and sometimes no. Im not sure if this is a JS issue but the thing is these are related to offers page in our website. these are the products and they are showing like that. i added a display:none to this inline divwrapper and its working but i cannot track which JS is causing this and how to fix it? this is really so frustrating. anyone faced this before?

    Hello @marchajj,

I understand that tracking down an issue like this can be quite frustrating. I checked the details above and all the mentioned elements are related to your theme, not WooCommerce.

I highly recommend contacting your theme’s author about this as debugging third party solutions is not within our scope of support. If they indicate that the issue is somehow related to WooCommerce, please share their response with us, and we will be more than happy to investigate further. :?)

    Cheers!
