I am using WordPress 5.2.1 running Astra theme, Elementor Pro 2.5.9, and Woocommerce 3.6.4. When I have the Home page open in Elementor editor I can see the “Add to cart” buttons under each of the five products I have as best sellers. When I view the page or look at it as normal url page there is no “Add to cart” buttons. I have tried deactivating certain plugins but nothing seems to help. Please help! Site: sleepybeeworx.com
Note: I am using woocommerce as part of the Astra theme and the rest of the page is edited using Elementor. There was not really any editing of the Best Selling and New Arrivals section as these were added as products were added. They are generated by shortcode in Elementor. Not sure if this may be a woocommerce issue.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @jkinlaw

This kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
    ?
The best way to determine this is to:
    ?

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    Hi @jkinlaw,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.

I am having this same problem, but I’m a Newbie and managed to design a site for my new boss who needs it yesterday so he won’t lose a contract he has. It is not yet live because I still have to setup the financial WooCommerce settings and what not.

I have no idea how to uninstall and reinstall themes without losing all the work I’ve done so far.

I started off by deactivating Smush plugin, just in case it smushed my buttons. The website is monster slow since last night, so as well, I’ve deleted all the photos, products, and categories that came with the Astra starter site. I’m using Elementor.
Free versions of both. Website still slow and add-to-cart buttons still missing…

Is there a fast way to resolve this problem with the add-to-cart buttons on the feature page for a complete newbie hoping to save the boss’s school lunch contract?
Thanks so much for any rapid, clear and simple help you can give!

And while we’re at it, can I make this site functional and safe and connected without using Jet Pack?

    THANK YOU!!!
    Jewel ??

    @jewel13

Can you please create a new post for this.

In Case anyone comes back here – I found later on that going into customize and woocommerce store page widgets there is an option to turn on the add-to-cart button!
Simple answer, no need to switch themes or disable plugins!
    Hope people see this ??
    Thanks!

Hi @jewel13 thank you so much for providing this answer!! I have exactly the same problem right now, but I can’t find what you’re describing :/

When I go into customize > widgets there’s nothing there.

Where exactly can I find this option to turn on the add to cart button? Like what are the steps for finding this?

Thank you so much in advance!

    @vanillaberry same .

    ??

Hi @jewel13 thank you – I am facing exactly the same problem right now, but I can’t find the “woocommerce store page widget” in the first instance to turn on this MAGIC add to cart button!!

Where exactly is this woocommerce store page widget – please help us in finding the elusive “add to cart option”, it’s so frustrating honestly…

    Thanks very much.

Same problem here and still looking!

    Edit @pzjwtf @coatedpill @sandyaritaward @vanillaberry

    Found the solution!

Themes > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Catalogue and make sure the “add to cart button” option is enabled (the eye icon should not be greyed out).

    edit @ni82156

Amazing solution! Tried this and it worked!!

Thank you so much for sharing!!

I have same kind of problem i recently design the custom single product page with elementor but in that “Add to cart” button is not working …Please help me i will wait for your reply (https://paucileather.brandlooto.com/)

@ni82156 thank you so much, it really helped me!

@ni82156 Thanks bro, you saved my ass yet so simple and so obvious but therefore very helpful since you can get lost very easily between all the plugins, shortcodes, and what not ! thanks !
