My site’s Add to cart button is not working on home page.

    > Button is working on the product detail page only.
    > It is working on home page if we have logged in to the wp-admin in same browser.

There is no any error in console.
Please can you advice for this issue?

    Thank you.

  • Could you send a link to the site?

Also try to check how it works on Storefront and with disabled plugins (excepted WooCommerce).

This is the link of the site: https://toonsmarket.com/

Tried with disable plugin but still issue is there.

    Hi,

I’ve added products to the cart. But the “add to cart” style turning. When i do F5 i’ve got message (woocommerce notice) that the products are added to cart. The other problem is that you don’t put the “Cart” option to your visitors to see what they have in cart. I got to use the standard link to see my cart and products are there: https://toonsmarket.com/cart/

Try to display “My Cart” to visitors, and check again. If not, maybe u’ve a problem with the button of add to card (jquery).

    Good luck

@selfoutlet I’ve added cart option but it is still not working.
What should be the reason that the button is working when logged in to the wp-admin in same browser?
And it is not working when not logged in.
    @przemyslawrosa @selfoutlet Please advice.

    The issue has been solved.
One plugin was conflicting. After deactivated it, the add to cart button is working now.
    Thank you.

    Hi @khushbru,

I’m glad to hear the issue is solved now. Thanks for letting us know!

For future reference, when completing conflict tests, do know that the best way to get definitive results is to switch your theme to a default theme and, at the sam time, disable all of your plugins except for WooCommerce. That way you can make sure that no plugin or combination of plugins are behind the issue.

I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.

    Best,
    Fernando
