    I checked this product page:

    I was able to add the product into the cart after selecting the color and pack.

    Please elaborate more on this: what steps do I need to follow to reproduce your issue?

    Well I am sorry I just realized my post weren’t clear at all.

    I meant the event isn’t working! I don’t get anything on analytics about sessions with products added to the cart.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the clarification.
    I can see the gtm4wp.addProductToCartEEC event while clicking on the add to cart button on the product page linked above. But I do not see any GA tag firing on this GTM event.

    How is your trigger configured that includes this event? Could you share a screenshot of this trigger?

    Hi,

    There is a “:” character at the beginning of the event list, please remove it and publish a new container version
