    Hi,

    I’m contacting you because I’m having a problem for the add to cart button on single product pages.

    Setup:
    WordPress 6.2
    Theme: Astra 4.1.3
    Elementor Pro: 3.12.2

    I searched the settings page if I forgot a few things, but I couldn’t find a matching setting.

    When I look at the browser console, I see that there is an error there but I can’t understand where it can come from

    I remain at your disposal to provide any further information.

    Thanks in advance
    best regards,
    Steven

    Hi, I have the same issue – Add to Quote button. Please advise on how to fix this. Thanks. Website: https://corporateauthority.com.au/

    Hi – please ignore my previous post. Got it working again. Thanks.

    These are jQuery not defined errors.

    1: As a test, disable any caching plugin(like page optimizer) and test.

    2: open up the?wp-config.php?file in the WordPress directory and paste in the following snippet in its entirety:

    if ( !defined('ABSPATH') )
    define('ABSPATH', dirname(__FILE__) . '/');
    define('CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS', false);

    How did you fix yours? That might help us here.

    Hi @gplsaver, @sticka45

    The ‘Add to Quote’ button disappeared during the day on Thursday after installing some updates early in the morning. The website was running fine until the afternoon which is probably be because of the optimisation/caching plugin. I did the following:

    1. Purged and disabled the cache/optimisation plugin.
    2. Deleted and reinstalled the Quote Request plugin. Tried a combination of settings options. For a while the button was back and all was back to normal. This settings combination worked at that time:
      • 1-Checkout Option: RFQ
      • 2-Always show product prices with RFQ Checkout
      • 4-Hide Prices from Visitors (We don’t need customers to log in to place an enquiry).
    3. The next morning the button was missing again but you had posted the code snippet which I added. No button yet but what I had forgotten about was to turn off the cache on the hosting side. So, I turned that off, resaved the code in the wp-config file and the button was back after that. I had to keep the setting as mentioned above. Any changes there and the button goes missing again or will only show with the product price visible (which is what we don’t want). I haven’t had any problems since Friday morning.

    Our customers don’t log in to place a quote request so this is fine for what we need. When I log in I can see the prices which is set at $0.00 throughout the website. This is new but with the settings combination as mentioned above, the only way the plugin seems to work for us now (we used to only have 1-Checkout Option: RFQ and the rest unchecked).

    Don’t know if any of this will help but if you need any more info please let me know.

    Good morningHi @gplsaver,

    Thank you for the reply

    I have exactly the same issue as @ceen4454

    • I updated version 1.9.74
    • I disabled the cache on my hosting.
    • I cleared my browser cache and disabled my cache plugin.

    When I activate the option: 2- Always Show Product Prices With RFQ Checkout
    The button reappears well for users not logged in, but when the user is logged, the prices appear in the RFQ Checkout (which we do not want)
    We want to allow users to connect to their account so that they can access the history of their quote requests.

    As long as I deactivate the option: 2- Always Show Product Prices With RFQ Checkout
    The button disappears again when the user is not logged in.

    I remain at your disposal to provide any further information.

    Thanks in advance
    best regards,
