Add to cart button not showing up?

Hello
So I have two laptops one I work on and the other for checking what I have done.
I have made all of my variations and was running tests and the add to cart button is not showing up.
So I went back through all of my variations and looked to make sure the all had a price and they all did.
Then I made a very simple product with only two variables. Still nothing.
I also turned off all the plugins except Woo and this had no effect.
I use this theme for another site and woo has been working just fine.
Next I decided to see what would happen if I was on the Customizer page and what do you know it works. But it still not showing up on my other computer. So I cleared cash history and restarted the computer. Still nothing. So I did the same on my work computer and had the same result.
I sighted in and went to the Customizer page and it works.
So I am now here asking the real experts. What the hell am I not doing, need to do or what. FatherX.us
