Hi everyone! I’m having a serious problem on iOS devices after the last update. I’m using the Dona WordPress theme with WooCommerce all updated at the latest version. Until now everything worked perfectly and we haven’t ever encountered any error. Since the last WooCommerce update everything works perfect, just as before, on Android devices no matter the maker or the browser. Also all is working OK on desktop computers running Windows with Chrome browser. The main problem appears when using Safari browser on iOS devices: the add to cart button remains greyed out even after choosing all the details for the product. This happens for all the products on our website. I’ve attached a link to a product on our site so you can take a look and see the problem. My site is https://arcalei.ro. Can you please give me a hint or an idea from where this error might be? It’s hard for me to find a fix for it since I’m using only Android phones and desktop pc’s and the error is not present on these platforms. I can provide you with any logs or tests that you need. Thank you in advance!

    Hello there,
I can reproduce the issue you reported on an iPhone X.

This seems most likely to be a javascript issue. We are aware of conflicts with the most recent version of WooCommerce and javascript issues.

They are not necessarily related to WooCommerce though. This kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
    ?
The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

Thank you for your kind and fast reply, Nicola! I will try and do the test and then report back. For the moment I can confirm that the problem appears only on variable products and not on simple ones which work fine across all platforms. Thank you once again!

Nicola, the problem was caused by WordPress 5.5 and not by WooCommerce. I’ve reverted to WordPress 5.4.2 for the moment as this seems to be more stable for our site. Thank you!
