    Hi,
I have a trouble about “add to cart” button in a table cell doesn’t work.
When click on it, it only keep loading and cannot go to next step.
But on an each download item page, the button works properly.
First of all, I cleared cache and tried different browsers and PC and tablets.
Before it worked both in a table cell and each product page. I doubt the table generator plugin (Data Tables Generator by Supsystic), so I once deleted it and installed it again.

Sometime the button in a table cell works but few hours later, it doesn’t.
My page is Japanese but blue button with yen mark is “add to cart” button. And at the left side of music player, it’s a title and by clicking it you can jump to each download page. Please assist with this trouble.

<each download page, add cart button is 1,980 just above share buttons.

  • Hi @ju4ro

Thanks for your patience and your detailed response.

I have checked each and every web page and found that there is no issue of table cell.

There is a problem with (Data Tables Generator by Supsystic) plugin. Generally what happen when you create a data table with plugin then the plugin stores the data in a cache.

Now what happen when reload the page https://musicolive.com/audio-library/ the data is stored in cache so first time it will work when new cache is generated but when you reload it then data will be render from cache.

EDD download button have nonce (security) feature so the cache button will not work.

I think when you edit your data table then there must be a setting to disable the cache. You can easily find it data table setting.

Please try that. I hope it will work for you.
