• I have a problem with my Astra/Woocommerce site.
    When I am logged in with my admin account everthing looks fine.

    When a customer look on my website they see a very large product image

    I checked my settings and everything is the same as before.
    There are no plugins or updates or changes.
    I used WP rocket to empty the cache, but that is also not working.
    Anyone knows how to fix this?

    It’s the cache. Please refer to this screenshot when I visit a single product page. The product page looks big.

    Now compare to this screenshot when I visit the same single product page but bypass the cache.

    If clearing the cache doesn’t help, I would ask you to get in touch with WP Rocket support. You can also share the screenshots above.

    Clearing the cache with WP rocket doesn’t work.

    I tried to deactivate WP rocket and now almost everything works fine! ??
    The product images are looking fine now ??
    There is only 1 thing, that is when you click on mobile on the 3 stripes to open the categories you see all categories with the arrows to unfold it.
    When you click on a arrow there is a circle around the arrow with dots.
    That is not how it is supposed to be.
    Do you know how to fix that?

    Good to know that. However, I would still suggest you have a caching plugin running on your site.

    Well, regarding your latest query. It is actually related to Accessibility. There’s an option available to enable/disable it. Please go to the Customizer > Global > Accessibility.

    Thank you for your answer.
    That option was already off, I turned it on – save – turn it off again – save.
    But that doesn’t work.

    Customers are also complaining about the double menu on the desktop and mobile.
    It is related when me and/or my collega place products on our webshop.
    When we place products the site have a double menu.

    The circle with dots and the double menu are the only 2 problems on the site.
    The rest is working fine ??
    Hope this 2 things can also be fixed with the help of this community ??

    1) Circle with dots
    I am able to replicate this on my dev site. I will bring this to our team and get this fixed. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. In the meantime, please add the following CSS to your site to remove those dots.

    .ast-menu-toggle {
    	outline: none !important;
    	border: 0 !important;
    }

    2)When we place products the site have a double menu
    Again, please try to clear the site cache. If your server has a built-in cache feature, please clear it as well.

    The CSS code is not working and the circle with dots are still there.
    When I add the code in CSS the ‘.ast-menu-toggle {‘ text marked red.

    2. we tried many times to clear the cache with our inbuild server and tried it with WP rocket.
    Both are not working.
    It happend only when I edit or place products.
    When I am not in the admin menu or don’t place products the menu is fine.

    Actually, I already tried it on my end before shared it here. Refer to this video, please.

    I also tried on your site from the frontend, and it worked too, as seen in this video.

    2) When we place products the site has a double menu
    When you have the double menu, please try bypassing WP Rocket and see what happens.

    I see your video, but that video is not related for the problem I discover.
    When you look at my site on your mobile and click on the toggle button and then on a arrow you see a round circle with strange dots in it.
    Also the arrow don’t go ‘up’ when you click on it.

    It is only when I or colleges are placing products on the site.

    I discover that the double menu also appears when I open or view my orders and edit/change the status of it.
    Hope someone can help me with this.

    More information about this case.
    When I am in the admin overview and click on display – menu’s
    Then by menu structure I click on Save menu.
    Then the page is loading for a minute and then get this message: 504 Gateway Time-out
    Site is not working for a few minutes and came online again.

    What is the ticket ID? I will check it myself.

    Regarding the “504 Gateway Timeout“, it could be anything, even something related to server.
