    Hello,
I help admin a site that uses WooCommerce extensively, and we use the Redux Framework plugin to place important info that enables sales.

We have WordPress v5.4.1, WooCommerce v4.1.1, and the latest Redux Framework plugin v3.6.18.
The Add To Cart button has stopped showing up after updating WooCommerce to v4.1.1.

I’ve tried deactivating one by one each of the plugins we have, and the Add To Cart button shows up again when deactivating just the Redux Framework plugin, and it disappears again when reactivating it.

There are no messages in the console, other than non-unique id’s warnings.

I’ve asked the Redux Framework team and they say it’s a WooCommerce bug.

We need both the WooCommerce and the Redux Framework plugin activated, in order to run the business. Otherwise, we cannot sell.

We need your help to solve this issue. Our business is stopped due to this bug or collision or whatever it is. Without WooCommerce and Redux both working, we are stopped looking for a solution to this problem.

    Thank you,
    Josep

    Hi @josepportell

I’m afraid that the bug is not with WooCommerce, it’s something with the Redux Framework plugin as you discovered. We do not have any other reports of this happening with other sites, so it’s not something that we would be investigating and fixing.

I did a quick search and found the same issue was apparently occurring in 2016: https://github.com/reduxframework/redux-framework/issues/3013

Are you running the latest version of the Redux Framework plugin?

I would recommend reaching back out to the Redux Framework team, particularly if this is a plugin or theme you have purchased from them. They’ll need to investigate this for you.

Lead dev of Redux here. The user hasn’t paid us for any services rendered. We also haven’t changed any code that could conflict with WooCommerce in quite some time. Even the 2016 issue was caused by a change with WooCommerce, not code we changed.

The user can try our new version of Redux, https://github.com/reduxframework/redux-framework-4/archive/master.zip to see if this resolves the issue, but my confidence is low.

Perhaps could the WooCommerce team do some debugging since it seems to be introduced on your end? Thank you.

    Thanks for chiming in, @dovyp

@josepportell – If you can please share your System Status Report, that will help us further troubleshoot. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.
