Add to cart button disappears and other issues

Hello Team,

The plugin is what exactly I was looking for before purchase, but when I was testing it out for the first time, there are couple of issues with the plugin and they are as follows:
1. I am using elementor and used shortcode to show the variations. Disabled both Position on single page & Achieve. But for some reason, as you can see the link the ‘Add to Cart’ has disappeared but I can see the variations.

2. After clicking on the blue variation, it goes to another page but it shows the ‘Add to Cart’ this time but no variations.

What could be the issue?
