Add to cart button disabled

  • Hi,

    When I deactivate the plugin and I have attributes to select on a single product, the price is not displayed, add to cart button is disabled, and a message pops up saying that I have to select the options when I already did.

    This only happens when the plugin is not active.

    I am using WP Astra theme.

    Could you please help me?

    Hi there,

    I’ve checked you page and can see the price and that you have our plugin enabled, so I couldn’t replicate your issue.

    However when our plugin is disable, it doesn’t change or set anything in your site, so something might be creating this behaviour you are experiencing.

    Please find what is causing this issue, in a staging site deactivate your plugins one by one ( except WooCommerce ) or changing the theme as perhaps is the configuration you are using.

    Hi Pablo,

    I have the plugin enabled because it is the only way I found it works although it is not configured. I tried to disable all the plugins one by one, and the only thing I could do for it to work is to change the WordPress theme… but I don’t understand why as it used to work before.
