• Hi there, I was hoping someone could help me. My add to cart button on my main shop page is not showing the text. I have installed different plugins to try and customize it but nothing changes it. All my other buttons on the theme are automatically the green with cream writing (as I set them) except this add to cart button. It also looks as if something is over the button? Please can someone assist with some advise to fix this. Thanks

  • Hey there, @taylahbarnard! Thanks for contacting us. I’m happy to help you.

Are you able to switch to a default theme such as Storefront to check if the issue persists?

Have you added any custom CSS to the site?

Are you using any page builder plugins?

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!

    Hi there @taylahbarnard,

Thanks for clarifying this with us.

As a first step to troubleshoot the issue, I would recommend switching to a default theme like Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Four and check if you’re able to see the button. Before that, please be sure to make a full backup of your site.

If you’re able to see the add to cart button, this would imply the issue is with your theme. Therefore, reach out to your theme developer for further assistance.

Should the issue persist, please deactivate all other plugins only leaving WooCommerce and the default theme and check if the button is visible. If it’s visible, activate your plugins one at a time and see which plugin leads to the issue.

    I hope this helps.
