Add to Cart Button

  • On a site that my company is rebuilding for a client the “add to cart” button for YITH Gift Cards is not sending the item to the cart or redirecting the user to the cart. If I make the product a simple product then the button works as it should. But when making the product a Gift Card the “Add to Cart” button no longer functions properly. Please advise.

    Sorry for our late reply.

    We have been checking and seems that you are using a different Gift Card plugin, not the YITH one. Anyway, the issue with the add to cart could be related to the theme, or to a custom add to cart button. If you still want to use the YITH Gift Cards plugin, please, send us a link to a product where we can take a look.
