    Hi there,

I understand that when a product is out of stock on your site, the Add to cart button is still present.

With WooCommerce out of the box, when the product is set to out of stock or product stock quantity reaches 0 (and allow backorders? is set to do not allow) – the Add to cart button is hidden.

That being said, I wasn’t able to reproduce the behavior you’re reporting on my test site.

I’d recommend to do the following:

    1. Update WooCommerce to the latest version if it’s outdated.
    2. Test if the same is happening with a default theme like Storefront https://woocommerce.com/storefront/ and all plugins except for WooCommerce disabled.

You can read more about the plugin/theme conflict test here:

    I hope this helps!
