    Hi there,

    We updated your plugin last week on the 13th September and all the product addons stopped working. On a variable product if you selected the variations then you could no longer open the addon options. the arrow button when clicked did nothing. If you refresh the page and click the toggle it works, but then when you add to cart no items from the addon are added to the cart.

    I deactivated plugins, changed themes and still couldn’t get it to work.

    I finally reverted back to 2.08 and all is working perfectly again. but thought you should know in case there is an issue that needs to be addressed.

    Thanks for reporting to us the issue. We attempted to recreate based upon the details you shared, but didn’t reproduce the issue during our testing.

    Can you share with us some additional details, like the type of Add-on you are using, or did this occur for all add-on types: Select, Radio, Checkbox or Text? And the themes you used. We want to try and recreate your Product Add-ons, so we can isolate the issue and deploy a fix to address any new issues.

    i am facing same issue. on product page it shows add-on field twice. one add-on(like text input) 2 times if user put data in one field it does not add in cart.. i had to switch back to old version.

    Thank you for reporting the issue to us, we are tracking the problem and working to develop a fix. Once ready, we will submit a hot fix release to upgrade.

    For affected users, temporarily, revert back to version 2.0.8 until our hot fix release is published.

    We’ve released a new version of the plugin 2.0.11. Please upgrade to this latest version to address the issues reported by duplicates and not showing on cart.

    If the issue continues, please provide us more information on this post including a screenshot or video of the behavior. This will allow us to troubleshoot any issue not included in this new fix.

    Same field twice issue solved but now have another issue . if we have 3 addon field for one products it adds only one vale in cart… see attached pics.. for old and new version. old one working fine..

    Thanks for the confirmation on the duplicates being resolved.

    We just released another hot fix, version 2.0.12 to address the new reported issue. Hopefully this should resolve the final issues from the latest releases.

    If not, please report and include screenshots which are very helpful in troubleshooting and reproducing the behavior, we will definitely evaluate and work to address any issues still occurring.

    Thank you for the reply but unfortunately not fixed yet.

    All the toggles are working perfectly and when I click add to cart it shows all the addons in the cart but hasn’t added the addon pricing.

    Here’s a break down:
    – Product page I can now select all the product addons and the total at the bottom shows original price plus addon price and total. $35 + $115 = $150
    – Cart page shows all addons selected but pricing is $35 – no addons

    I’ve reverted back to 2.0.8 and all is working fine there.

    Thanks for all the troubleshooting information, this has been a huge help to quickly isolate the issue and deploy a fix.

    We are hoping we’ve finally squashed all the bugs with the release after 2.0.8. Feel free to upgrade to 2.0.13. If you still encounter any issues, let us know and we’ll review and address as needed.

    Can you please try the following:

    Go to Plugins.

    – Deactivate and Delete current Product Add-ons version
    *The previous add-ons you had created will still be saved to the Database.

    – Click Add New to search, BizSwoop Product Add-ons
    – Install Now, Activate the latest version 2.0.15

    We suspect the new version while downloading failed, this workflow should resolve the issue for you.
