Add to cart and select size buttons not working

  • Hi,

    I have installed the plugin today and connected to Shopify with no issues, using the tutorials.

    I used shortcode on my own page (see link) and it all looked ok except that the product images were too small. I added other images above for now in an effort to get the thing operational before going back to fix that.

    However, having just launched the page I discover that none of the buttons work: select size or add to cart. Please, please help. I struggled a lot just to get this far!

    I have googled everywhere and searched forum and cannot find a match. I can’t do any code stuff, I just want a simple one page with these 8 items for now. It’s like the buttons are just images.

    @crochetlife Hey Pam!

    Can you send me the shortcode you’re using?

    Usually when this type of issue happens, it’s due to a conflict with either your WP theme or another plugin.

    I know it’s annoying, but can you try temporarily switching themes and reloading the page with the shortcode on it? Does it work?

    If it still doesn’t work, try deactivating your other plugins as well. Does it work then?

    This will allow us to narrow the issue down.
