add to cart and remove item from cart not working when user not logged in

    Hello there!

    I have a woocommerce website that has a problem with the cart, when user is logged in everything works fine but when is just someone browsing the web it doesnt work, can’t add or remove items from cart, once you add one item it stays in the cart, you can’t delete it or add a new one. I find that if I flush all the cache it works for a moment, then it stop working.

    * I followed the steps in https://businessbloomer.com/woocommerce-solving-cart-empty-issue/
    * Flush cache and user sessions
    * Deactivate plugins
    * Test with defautl wordpress theme (twenty seventeen)

    —————- Things left to try —————-
    * Sell everything, leave the city and start a new life as a farmer ??

    Wordpress : 5.2.4
    Woocommerce : 3.7.1
    server : Litespeed
    php : 7.3
    theme : Escapade (primer child) with few modifications

    Hello friends, I’m answering my own question because it may help someone else.

    After a week trying different things, I deleted Woocommerce plugin including settings and database with define( 'WC_REMOVE_ALL_DATA', true);

    Reinstalled woocommerce and everything was working fine. Still wondering why wasn’t working in first place but is all up and running. Hope this may help someone else!
