Add to cart and checkout problem

Hi! I have a problem whereby I am only able to add to cart when I am logged in. I had my settings for guest checkout enabled but it still doesn’t work. Under the system status it also stated in red that my page does not contain the woocommerce cart and checkout shortcodes / blocks but there is.

System Status for cart and checkout pages :

Page does not contain the [woocommerce_cart] shortcode or the woocommerce/cart block.
Page does not contain the [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode or the woocommerce/checkout block.
