“Add to Cart” adds two units of product instead of just one

I’m having a problem that just began a week or so ago. When our site’s users click ‘Add to Cart’ for any product, 2 units (not 1) of the product are added to the cart. After a lot of trial and error we found that the only way to eliminate this glitch was to deactivate Klaviyo.
Any suggestions? We have a sandbox site that is a few weeks old (with Klaviyo enabled) and it doesn’t have this issue.
