"Add To Cart" adds product twice on the cart.

Greetings, i don’t know what i did with the woocommerce, but everytime im adding an product inside my cart it adds twice, even if i add a quantity of 5, it adds an aditional.
Where can i check to force the add-to-cart to only add one product ?
