ADD TO BASKET not working reliably

  • We have a problem that is being reported by our customers and is only happening sporadically. The ADD TO BASKET button adds the item but the page seems to refresh and previously added items are being incremented by 1.
    I cannot replicate the issue but I am hoping someone else may have come across this problem and could point me in the right direction.
